Depending on your chosen package, we bring all gaming equipment included in the package, along with comfortable bean bags for seating. You can also see the equipment in action in our gallery images.
When We Arrive for the Party
We usually arrive around 30 minutes before your booked party time to set up all gaming equipment and seating areas. A few days before the event, we contact you to confirm final event details and access arrangements.
Who Will Organize the Party
You as parents can organise the party and manage the games if you prefer. However, we also offer a party host who runs tournaments, manages turns, and keeps everything organised smoothly throughout the event.
Party Games We Bring
We bring the latest popular video games to every party, ensuring everyone enjoys modern favorites. Our advantage over competitors is also offering classic retro games, giving guests the chance to enjoy nostalgic gaming.
What We Need from You
All we need from you is access to a power socket and a reasonably sized room where we can set up the gaming equipment and create a fun gaming environment. For tent parties, you will need a clear 6m x 6m space in your garden.
When You Have to Pay
Your party booking is confirmed once you either pay the full amount or a £50 deposit. The remaining balance can be paid after the event, giving you extra flexibility and peace of mind for parents.
